There are some flavors that never leave us. The aroma of a freshly opened pickle jar at the family dining table. The taste of mango pickle served with hot parathas during summer vacations. The recipes lovingly prepared by mothers and grandmothers that made every meal special. As life became faster, many of these traditional homemade flavors slowly disappeared from our kitchens.
